I went to western union in sandton city this morning at about 11.10, i waited there for more than 25 minutes to get assisted, there were four tellers and they were busy counting money instead of helping customers, i then compllained that i was on lunch is there someone who can help me or must i go, the other lady called me and then asked me how can they help, i told her she then said she need proof of address, i told her i dont have it, she told me that 25 minutes ;ago, i would have made a plan to go fetch it.
she didnt care nor apologise, no one there is responsible for anything i think they still need to be taught customer services because clearly they dont know it, the service i got was really dissappointing maybe it was because i was black they only help white people.
