On 11/10/13 my savvy account was opened online and I still have to have my cheque card to be delivered ever since, imagine! My salary was switched to this account on the 25th and I still did not have a card. I sent mail to Katlego Pudumo asking how was I to transact without a card. I got a call from Thato to go to the branch n get a temp card as many card would be delivered the 30th (notedateofopening) I went to the branch on Sat. Yvonne Bonoko told me the account is frozen, no assistance from her. I called the complaints line, spoke to Yvonne Dlamini who was most understanding of my plight. She put me through to Paul Lekalakala the team leader of the branch, he also said he could not help, I hung up, left. A while later Paul called me asking me to come back to the branch. The poor man had made calls to to find out how he could help me. When I got there he asked for my Fica docs and he sent them to the call centre and my account was unfrozen. He issued me with the temp card. That man really made things happen for me and I was going to close the account. He should be commended for his exceptional service. It seems the call centre leaves their work half done for the branch level
