Dear Absa, I really do not understand how many times I will have to deal with this dynamix company? Previously they took R399.00 from my account. The money was reversed and the provider blocked after your consultant admitted that this was some sort of.
Now I have two debit orders - R49 from last month and this month the 25th. Not only has this money not been refundud for last month's deductions, but another debit order went through this month.
I did not sign any agreement with these Dynamix people, nor do I even know what kind of service/product they provide! Since there are so many complaints about this company why has any of the banks not taken an initiative to investigate this company??
