Frustrated with Fnb and Sick of waiting!!!

An entire week before pay day I have an unknown debit going off my fnb cheq account. Not only was that money budgeted for specific responsibilitys but I don't know the company debiting my account as well I have a week before my next salary. So I very nicely contact fnb just to enquire on the company and what my options are. After wasting over R120 of airtime from being transferred, hung up and fooled around over various call centres without any help or satisfactory I decided to visit the Beach Branch of Fnb. After spending 55minutes in the line I left with still no assistance. Ofcourse my anger and frustration greq cause I needed the money and now I have to run around wasting more money and time. The service at the beach branch is disgusting. I understand its month end and will be busy. So why have 10 customer service desks with minimum staff available? On Saturday morning again I visit the greyville branch. Wait for just over an hour. And no surprise no help again. Fnb should spend less money on their endless advertising and work on their branches efficiency. I really am fed up and intend on changing banks before my next salary.
