On Saturday 23rd of March around 11.00, I went to the branch to collect my card. I was on the que for almost an hour untill i final got assisted and left with my new card I came to collect. To my suprise while I was shopping my card was declined while I was paying for goods at a Store, I was patient enough and went to the nearest ATM to go go draw money, I was really not impressed as I could not draw money again knowng very well that I have sufficient money in my account, lucky enough there was a lady wearing FNB uniform on the line to draw money and advised that i should go back to the branch (greyville). At the branch I was told that my card is active and i can now use it.

Monday afternoon I got a call from Lindi (from the FNB greyville branch) as I had sent in a complain. She called me to apologise and promised that it will neverhappen again. I told her that my card can still not swipe for transaction, she asked for my ID number and assured me that my card is working well, she has checked it and i can use it. to my suprise agian this morning, my card was declined as I tried to pay for good. You have mislead me and caused me inconvience, I give you FNB 3/100
