I have been trying to get hold of my business relationship banker for about 2 weeks now with no joy. Eventually I found a number online and got through to a lovely gentleman by the name of Bongani, He is not our usual business relationship banker but I must say I wish he was. He was prompt in his response to me (informing me that our business relationship banker was on leave) and offering to help me. He solved my problem and answered all my questions. I would like to thank Bongani, and would like the senior FNB management to know that they have a fantastic employee who deserves to be recognised.
