I am really disappointed in Standardbank. Your level of service has fallen dramatically. I have been with Standardbank for approximately 15 years now.
Calling you guys on the 011 227 4905 number is practically pointless.
I have a pending case that was reported on Sunday at 17:20ish on the 8th of September. Up until now Comair/British Airways have kept me informed of progress on their side every step of the way. I have been holding on to speak to someone at Standardbank using the above number that was given to me for 23 minutes and11 seconds (I am *still* on hold - using headphones) and there has been no answer.
I give up, as soon as this matter is resolved I think I should close my accounts and go to another bank.
