Upon reconciling my bank statement, I noticed my insurance premium went up without me being notified. I sent an e-mail straight away to my insurers, but they did not reply - they got the brokers (B-Sure Africa) to speak on their behalf (and to try to get me sent from pillar to post).
A doormat from B-Sure Africa phoned me back telling me that it was Quicksure who increased the premium without B-Sure (the brokers' knowledge).
Upon asking Mr Doormat what the function of the broker in the middle is, he had NO REPLY!
Why:
(1) Quicksure do you NOT contact your clients, and
(2) why do you NOT inform the brokers in the middle to MAKE SURE THE CLIENT GETS NOTIFIED???
I am NOT impressed by the fact you are allowed to debit the accounts of your clients as you wish. You did NOT have my authorization and therefore I demand to have the difference refunded to me immediately.
