Sub-Standard Bank: Fix YOUR error please

I received a call from Card Rehab Division on 18/02/13 9 o'clock at night, missed the call. 19/02/13 I returned the call. I was informed that my credit card was over the limit. The amount owed to Std Bank was double that of my limit. Needless to say, my card was suspended.

Thereafter numerous calls was made to Card Rehabilitation Division and Customer Care to figure out what happened.

I went to nearest Branch on 23/02/13 to get a detailed statement. While at the branch, Division was contacted to assist with this matter. To date, the Division have not contacted me with any feedback.

I sent a formal written complaint to Head: Customer Relations on 8/03/13. I received a complaint number: 32732257. 25/03/13 I was informed that it was a Std Bank error and the amount will be credited to my account, thanks, was done. But I got charged the full finance charges for the "over the limit" amount for two months, arrears occured, etc. Please assist in getting the finance charges credited and the adjustment of the monthly installment.

Please tell your call centre consultants to respect the clients, the clients are not criminals, so dont speak to the clients in that manner!
