ABSA is truly the worst BANK

I have been back as an absa client for less than a moth now and I think it was the worst decision of that could have made, I have had a total of 3 bad experiences in this month. I can't believe this is how clients are treated.
1. Absa has this seemingly nice pricing system called VALUE bundle where if you have a credit card and a home loan you get a rebate for each, they don't give rebates for home loans. I Queried this with absa messaging system, available with online banking, on 10 October 2013, still no response.
2. I bought an item with my credit card on 15 October for R305 and it went through, on 17 October at 8:02 am while at work I receive a sms that R305.20 went off my credit card to the same supplier, I phone absa immediately, guess what absa is unwilling to help me. I was told to go to the company I bought form and sort it out myself. It cost me day leave to sort out my problem.
3. As I mentioned in point 1 I have a bound at ABSA, I changed the bond to a flexireserve bond as I deposit my surplus funds to my home loan, guess what after my flexireserve was activated almost R5000 was no longer available, I receive a bull Explanation from ABSA.
