On the 22January 2012 @ 10h27 I laid a complaint regarding my Contract with Standard Bank, same day @ 13h17 I got a feedback from your Customer Service. On the 24 January I go a call from the lady by the name of Zeenath Hassen what a great service and attitude.
Saturday 28 January I went to Ulundi branch and received a positive attitude from Nombulelo, the next day I got my money back and cancel my contract.
