Great customer service

I walked into the bank on Wednesday the 24th of July and I dealt with a consultant named Neo Makhazana, his attitude towards his work was very appalling as he seemed not interested or did not know what he was doing. I then called the branch the next day and left a message for the manager or teamleader to contact me. I got a call from a lady by the name of Sipokazi Mabuya, her conduct towards my query was very professional and she took ownership of everything and she promised to get everything sorted out for me by 11.00 the next day.

Neo then contacted me the next day via email and requested further information from me. This was supplied and he didn't give me feedback at all. On Saturday I then went to the branch and Sipokazi advised me that we had to redo the application again as Neo had not done anything. She handled everything with so much professionalism and efficiently. Sipokazi is a great asset to Standard Bank and her great attitude deserves an award.
