A week later still no answe

Bayport loaded a garnishee order on my name, I then paid the amount in full. What happened was I asked them to investigate the different case number and this was the email I send to their Legal department [Email Removed] on the 18th of Jan 2013 "Good Morning, Please confirm receipt of email and attachments. Please investigate why I have different case numbers. One for the paid up letter, another according your system and one on my credit report. Please assist as I need to clear my name from the ITC and need a consent letter for rescind of judgement" Since then I called every day, and still they don't have an answer for me. I tried to call this Aneesha person, but was told she does not receive calls. Can some one please help me in getting a rescission of judgement letter as I did my part in settling my account.
