16/01/2013 I deposited money on the ATM

Easy plan staff are so lazy ATM is not operating well and there is no note saying that
on the 16/01/2013 I deposited my sons school fees but ATM swallow my money. Staff knew that but nothing they said if you do your deposit.

When ATM swallow my money then they said that ATM is faulty.you will have to fill in a form, which i did but till today nothing is happening they keep them selves busy when am there, the moment i leave nothing happen.
My money not paid back yet no psitive response either easy plan or FNB.

From the 16th till today there are making profit with my money, no refund, no response nothing. That money is my son school fees I need it. The school will charge me for late payment and i hate it honestly!
