I've Applied for a consolidation loan in January 2013.According to their acknowledgement return email it would take 15 working day for them to give me an answer. I phoned every week hang on for more then 10 minutes each time before speaking to a consultant just to tell you they have a bag log or its with the manager. Went and laid a complaint at the Vereeniging branch and suddenly things started to happen. Customer assist approved my loan on the 21 st April and ever since then I'm been waiting fir Standard Bank Vereeniging to come back to me. First time round the consultantdidn't phone me so that we can discuss the contract and the settlement of the accounts. I went to the branch and the lady only took my documents and said someone will call me. When she finally phoned the settlemet letters had expired, and they about to expire for the second time - went to 2 branches in Vereeniging and nobody could help. Standard bank doesn't help you to move forward they helping you going backwards. I went to then because I was in financial despair but the sad part is I'm worst off than what I was in January - they services are bad, their pathetic to say the least.
