I deposited the money into the wrong account no I

I deposited the money at ned bank mthatha cbd ec amount of R4800.00 on the 17/10/13 now I am looking for reversal but the lady that I talk to her she just say thwy can't help me on that because the account doesn't have the money and I must phone the guy on my own they got nothing to do with this of which this is their client. They can't even track their client now I am having that problem. How can I handle this this people.
