Poor service and staff short

I'm so with this branch service. Enquirers tellers only 2 people working on month end. And their system is always off line. Most of the things are done at enquirer desk why they put few people? Also I have a problem I seted up my debit orders on specific dates but Ned bank will allow debit orders to go anytime why?
