I came in on the 4th to change my bank details and address as my dividends was deposited to a wrong closed account. I was helped by John Zwane and i filled a form requesting to account to be deposited into my new account. I have been calling ever since to ask who far is my request and i was sent from pillar to post. Last week i was helped bu Gabriel and everyday he has been telling my i should check by bank as the money will come in anytime. The last i spoke to him on Friday the 19th of April he told before COB the money will be deposited. I called the complains number 0861100946 Today i called and i spoke an agent who told my request was logged 17 and it will take 3-4 weeks.

The service its very appalling and as the client i have been to and promise where made and not met.
