Unautorized Debit Orde

Hi,

My monthly debit order was processed on the 18th of December 2013 and not the 28th as agreed.
This has resulted that the debit order was rejected by my bank as an Uncollected items which affected my good credit rating negatively.
The debit order was then again processed on the 23rd which again was not the date that I agreed on.

When I telephonically accepted the policy I was requested to advice on which date the debit order can be processed, I was not informed that the date is flexible and can change if and when the Insurer decide to do so.

No correspondence was received from iWyze informing their customers that there will be a change in debit order dates during December.
I am very disappointed that iWyze did this without informing their customers telephonically or via email or SMS.
