Double debit on my account

At the end of last month, there was a problem with my salary being paid on time. resulting in a debit order bouncing on the 25/04/2013. I contacted MFC via the call centre and informed them of my problem. arrangements was made to debit my account on 30/04/2013. Sure enough the debit order took place. 2 days later another debit order went off my account again!! I have tried a few times to get this resolved and being transferred back and forth between Nedbank and MFC each informing me the other is responsible. Its been a month now and it still hasn't been resolved!!!
