Cannot provide tax cerificate for 2013

Called in 11/10/2013 requesting 2013 tax cert (House was sold July 2012). Advised that it would take 4 working days, ref # CRC1512222. Called in 18/10/13 requesting tax cert. again, advised that this will be escalated as over SLA period, & tax cert will be received that same day, ref # RN13101810359. Called in AGAIN 21/10/13, and advised that tax cert for 2013 cannot be supplied due to house being sold in July. Consultant provided statement for the year 2012 & 2013. Advised by my tax consultant that by law FNB has to provide IT3b regardless of when property was sold. Called in again 26/10/13, ref #RG1310268155, spent 35 minutes on phone due to FNB system's being down, and the consultant trying to access my previous bond account details. Advised that the escalation is on the system and this has been sent to the system department for further assistance. No communication to client. She advised me that this will be resolved on Monday (28/10/13). Service received is shocking - I am a big ambassador of FNB, however this experience is tarnishing my viewpoint! I want my tax certificate provided to me. If not, I will forward any penalties from SARS due to late tax submission caused by FNB!
