So much for "How can we help you"

In July I got a sms to take my FICA docs to my nearest branch and I did. I was recently married for the 2nd time & because I didnt have my marriage cert the consultant couldnt change my surname, I did say I was previously married & divorced so my maiden name & name on account arent the same. She said that isnt a problem all I need is new ID and marriage cert to update details. My home & postal address was updated. I got a sms to say my card expires in Dec 2013 and will be notified when new card is ready. I took in my new ID, old one & my marriage cert only to be told that I need an original of my divorce decree. I told the manager that my card expires he says I can come in to pick up my new card which will have my old surname with my old ID. I asked if this isnt to sign 1 surname when my current ID has a different 1, he says yes but there is nothing else that can be done. If I do not accept the new card, I cnt access my account. Now my new card is in CHATSWORTH branch, when I live in Phoenix. What is the point of taking in FICA docs when they cant send my card to correct branch. How can a manager tell me to do something is this acceptable behaviour at FNB
