I called your Call Centre on 26/06 & spoke to Tamara advising that the SARS clearance cert I received was incorrect. I was issued with ref# 501057607. I was promised 5 working days that this will be fixed. A new cert was sent on the 5/7 showing exactly the same amount. Phoned again on 8/7 and spoke to Anna Mkwnazi. Firstly she could not get the reference number, when I asked for the manager, she quickly found it and promised to rectify. It is now 5/8. 5 weeks later with nothing in sight. I am now requesting Liberty Life to not only provide me the correct certificate, but also compensate me for loss of ineterst as I cannot file my return to SARS and get my benefit. Simply shocking.
