How incompentent???

How incompetent can Jason Patience be? I find it very frustratng dealing with this person and the Jason Patience. Every time i send an email to the Jason Patience i get a generic email responde back asking me to complete a form. How many times must I complete one form? Even if i quote my tracking numer then i also get the same generic email response asking me to complete the same form again? How incompetent is old mutual?
