Capitec is absolutely disasappointing. My sister, Robyn Nell, has phoned out R400 worth of calls just to try and get a simple application sorted, The service was disgusting and left several messages a day just to be out on hold every time she enquired. They are so big on advertising and yet don't live up to the promise. No one goes the extra mile, or is willing to resolve this issue. Will DEFINITELY not be recommending this bank! 3 similar people in her workplace experienced the exact same thing and yet it was sorted?!
