On 2 Dec 2013 Absa took R4 979.42 from my account when the loan had been completely paid off. I was then asked by Duduzile Kupi (Patience) to complete a refund, I sent this form back to Duduzile Kupi (Patience) on the 2 January 2014.
I sent Duduzile Kupi (Patience) a follow up email on 14 January as no refund had been received.
I sent Duduzile Kupi (Patience) a follow up email on 4 February as no refund had been received.
