Morning Jason,

I am not happy with your email, which refers to pieces breaking off the charger. Your email is a generic response which does not deal with the issue - as previously stated, the pieces are deep in my cigarette lighter and cannot be removed. The charger broke through no fault of my own, therefore you should honour the guarantee. I want to email my 1000 business contacts and tell them never to use you, because the email and service are not acceptable
