Premium Holidays and Not Listening to Instruction!

I would like to inform every one that I will not take up ANY policy with Old Mutual EVER AGAIN.
My Reason: I walked in to the local branch and I could not do a part withdrawal and the "premium holiday" in conjunction on the same day, I had to do the withdrawal and then do the holiday on a seperate day. So I had the patience and did that, the advisor mentioned that this was done and I will not be deducted on the 01/11/2013 as I explained I will not have funds. Old Mutual still deducts from my account causing me a R90.00 returned debit order. I then wasted more time at the branch on Saturday 02/11 for the advisors to tell me the one who helped me knows whats going on as there was no holiday loaded on the system. So I waited and got hold of him on the Monday and a week later I was refunded my R90.00. Now I get an SMS stating I need to pay up for the premium that was missed, I then called in to the call center and to my surprise I was told the premium holiday will only be active in January 2014! This is not what was confirmed with me. I am now frustrated and have decided to cancel. I do not encourage anyone to take up policies with Old Mutual if this is how business is conducted!
