No HELP!

Proof of residence.

An original letter from my Estate Agency is not acceptable. They need a letter from my employer. Please explain the logic to me. Surely my agent, who collects the rent from me would know where I live. After battling for 2 weeks and 3 visits to collect my credit card they sent me packing again today. If all this was explained with the first visit to your bank, nobody would be annoyed, but the staff at the Potchefstroom Branch is just not interested in helping the customers.

My money is in your bank. Your assistance is want I need in order to get to MY money.

HOW CAN I HELP YOU TO PLEASE HELP ME? Or should I just change banks?
