In August I contacted you about not being able to get a onetime password sent to my international phone. Kevin corrected this and all was all sorted out... For a few days. Just tried to purchase some thing and guess what Standard Bank have forgotten me already. WHY OH WHY CAN YOU NOT GET THIS RIGHT AND LEAVE IT ALONE SO THAT THERE IS NO MORE FRUSTRATION when I HAVE to deal with standard bank. I last reported it on 12th August. Used it on 18th August and got my onetime password no problem. But have not used it since. Tried to day to use it and nothing. Also no longer receiving my sms warnings that someone has logged onto my account.
