What more must I do?

I applied for a credit card nearly two weeks ago and have been battling since as Standard Bank refuses to accept my proof of residence. I have supplied a FNB document which was accosted by Wesbank when I financed a vehicle but this is not good enough, I have submitted my SARS documentation this is not good enough, I have submitted a letter from the person I live with and their invoice from the landlord as I was told to by your consultants and this is not good enough. Besides physically bringing someone to my house, please tell me what you would like me to do? I was considering moving all my accounts to standard bank but if this is what I have to go through to prove I live where I do you can forget it!
