My car was involved in an accident while it was 4 days old. When i submit my claim, i was told my policy was cancelled on the 1st of october 2013 due to the reason that tracker was not installed on time. How possible is that because vehicle was bought on the 1st of october 2013. Confirmation is there at the garage that it was insured & garage wouldnt release the car if it was not insurance. today i phoned them again, lady my the name of Michel said it was cancelled on the 1st of october due to the reason that they didnt have my banking details. Doe this makes sense
