Pathetic service

I went to open a new account with capitec bank in Ballito. On arrival the guy could hardly greet me properly, did not seem enthusiastic about anything and was not sure if my passport can be used as an identification document... On approaching his supervisor to assist him I was not acknowledged by the supervisor either and they had a problem with my proof of residents because vodacom spelled Ballito wrong.

Worst service ever from a bank!!! Will rather go stand in a row at fnb again... But get a service in the end of the day.
