This morning i realised on my statement that Nedbank has deducted almost R11542.00 for two loans on my account. the agreement prior was installment of R3200 and R2071 plus extra (R500 x 2) to bring the loans to date. At the begining of October 2013, phoned in to advise that i am unable to meet the financial obligations due to my spouse who is unemployed and have to take her debts too. I have requested that each loan be R2000.00 for the next 3 months. The lady accepted and told me that the system are off. Today, this is the incident that occurred. i phoned in and spoke to a gentlemen called ALLY, this afternoon, i learned that he is not in that department, few minutes later he indeed is on a call but notes not in the system. This confirms that often when you phone, your requests is not logged on system. All i need is for nedback to refund to my account without any unnecessary delays. It is within banks obligations, to re-underwrite the debt and come with alternative terms unlike what has happened.
