I contacted Out$urance to cancel my life policy. I had to explain why. I said to Patrick the cancellation Manager that I already moved all my insurance from Out$urance, as I have a better package from another insurance company.
He refused to cancel my policy, stating that Out$urance are the best and the other insurance companies are basically useless.
I insisted that he must cancel my life policy with immediate effect, but he refused. after a screening session from my side. he still refused to cancel my policy or to transfer me to his manager.
I had to put the phone down, and had to redial in to the call center to cancel my policy.
Yet again I had to explain to Patrick's manager why I wanted to cancel my policy, and had to listen yet again from her that the other insurance companies in South Africa are, and that Out$urance are the only one that pays out.
after about 30 min, I finally manage to cancel my policy.
dealing with Out$urance was the worst experience of my life, and I hope to NEVER have to deal with Out$urance again
