FNB service bad no improvement

I oppend FNB account and then closed it down due to bad service at FNB. I went to branch on 16 october to close the account and the tjeque account was closed they could not close the crediet card because they wanted my Standard bank acc details so they can pay the credit in my account so I emailed the details. The account is still open and no one is helping me i have also send second email. I have phoned call centre and they cant help me the poeple there are not so good. they are confused. I dont know anymore who to speuk to to get service. The only way that FNB contacts me back is when i write report on this web site
