Early in Sept 2013 it came to my attention that on my FNB Credit Card statement, I was being charged an insurance I NEVER approved nor wanted. I immediately phoned the FNB contact number and was told to send FNB Card division ( [Email Removed] an email. I did this on the 18th Sept, with a letter demanding the insurance be stopped and previous amounts credited to back to me. I received an email receipt of my email, but to date NO ONE has replied, NO ONE has confirmed cancellation, and NO ONE has refunded previous amounts taken. This is shocking service and I am very upset. My Oct Statement once again has an insurance amount charged to me and deducted from my account. This is now bordering on!
