For R20 they will fine you R115

My Debit orders go off every month. I try to have the correct amount in the bank, and you know what? I was R20 short. What does Standard bank do?

1. They let the charge go through (but my account is in the negative)
2. I put R30 into the account so that it stays in the positive.
3. They reverse a debit order
4. They fine me R115 for "insufficient funds"

This is why I am moving to FNB, you absolute PIGS! I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and you won't trust me with R20 for a lousy day, and you fine me MORE than the outstanding amount. Please call me so I can tell you what I think of you!
