Online applications a wast of time

I'm already an FNB customer and on 14 October I applied online for an additional account.
The advertised turn around time was 2 days.

It's now 10 days and I have had no response.

The reference for my application is: "SD1771114: SW Call Me Back CBKAF7W3"

Very disappointed in the service received to date...
