32 Day notice application

Good day

I made an application for a 32Day notice account on line on the 11th August, I then received an email stating that my application has been received and sent for evaluation and I will get response as soon as possible, I think 21days is too long for "as soon as possible". I even received a reference number 29NXM3B3 but no response.

I currently bank with FNB and I don't think that its fair for applicants to be treated this way, I mean the least they could do was to sent me an email or text stating that they don't want any new business with me.

I'm a bit worried with their service delivery, It makes me wonder if I chose the right bank I mean at ABSA I used to get prompt service, I really wonder if I took the correct turn.

I am really disappointed.
