No response from online applications

The last few weeks I have seen a TV add every few minutes asking to join Standardbank and join U-Counts

I applied for a current account 2 days ago online - and I have not even had one ounce of communication from Standardbank. no phone call or e-mail.

What type of support will this bank you if they cannot even get back to you?
