Misleading and false advertising

I opened an account online and was not available when on my phone, I then came into the branch and called the dept. We did the application online with a lady and I was asked to email some of my docs which I did and was advised that the turn around time is 2 to 3 business days. Came in the branch again and called again and nothing was done on my application and Laten is dealing with it. They told me again I needed to fax bank statements and it would take 3 more days and I need the acc opened. it is unacceptable as I was inconvenienced and this is bad service for a new client.
