Eing treated poorly because of being in arrears

When i went to Nedbank about 3 years ago to open an account, the service i received, was nothing short of stellar. Today i find it to be a different story all together, what i have come to realize is that they take a certain approach towards clients that are in areas or may not be on the best terms with the bank. I have been liaising with a a lady named lungile and i have been trying to get things back on track, thus far settling two of the 3 loans i have. I found myself in this situation due to me being my house being cleaned out over last December holidays, I notified the bank that i will be unable to make the usual payments due these events, they however could not give me a window and period and went on to debit my accounts knowing i would not have the money resulting in the me falling behind, after them taking money when they want offering me no assistance to try and get back on my feet, they only are interested in getting what they want, Now Nedbank can come get this money from in person, you have all my details stop calling me because nobody this mockery of bank has a thread of decency to try and understand natters outside of standard operating procedure, once once my!
