I took car insurance when i bought my car in April 2012. My premium monthly was R423 until November 2012 when they have sent me notice of increasing the premium to R457 starting from January 2013. From January to March they have debited R457 and then in April i have noticed that they have debited R607 from my bank until to date. R150 more than what we have agreed on. when i raised the issue with them, they have promise to sent me an email correcting the mistake and rectify it, and then i will pay the normal premium of R457 as the notice have said. To my suprise they have again debited R727, the total amount that the Anderson have over debited is R1027 in all. Which they refuse to refund me because of Yearly premium Increase. Please help me recover my money because i feeel betrayed and defrauded of my hard earned money. Thank you.
