Lack of customer service

I have opened the account with FNB 10 min switch wow great offer. I received a card submitted my proof of address as I was expected to. To my surprise I go to the branch to make signing authorisation for my fiance and there FICA documents are required for he does not have a profile at FNB understandable then drive back with no assistance. Second time I go to FNB branch to collect my daughter's debit card. Then I am told no proof of address on my profile wow FNB. Im told the couriers did not give my documents through. Proof of address and Id copy are very critical documents that sidicates can use to create anything under my name. Surely FNB is careless with the clients documents. 15.12.2013 at Randfontein Main Reef Atms 3 of them have no cash at 2pm Shoprite closed for the funeral and drive to the mall the atm does not do cardless. 16.12.2013 at 3pm same Randfontein Main Reef atm NO CASH the security guard is there telling us NO CASH. I have worked with Atms before it needs only planning. FNB does not care about us saving costs no our personal details as long as they have the sale.
