I have previously sent an email to [Email Removed] to have this resolved.

Please update Experian Credit Card information accordingly. It currenly reflects a balance of more than R10 000, but the Balance has been R0 for more than 2 months now.

Please update to the correct balances as this reflects negatively on my Financial Status.
