Update Credit Bureau records - I dont owe you

Hi

I had a Nebank Card, formerly an Ackermans Account that I had Settled and Closed on 20 August.

I have subsequently requested an Update of the Credit Bureau records to reflect correct Status and Balance on 3 seperate occations yet it still has not be done.

I have requested this twice telephonically and once via the Website for this to be done and I am now getting impatient.
