Incorrect Credit Bureau information

Hi

I have previously contacted your complaint line to address my issue of Incorrect Balance Details at the ITC and experian Credit Bureaus to no avail.

Complaint Made 10 October 2013.

In my opinion it is unethical to refuse to update the Credit Bureau Details when it would reflect positive when negative details are updated immediately
