Hi

I accept that you can perhaps not remove my details on the credit bureau, but the least you can do is update the balance.

it was confirmed by help@bluebean that my account has been closed as requested.

I have sent numerous emails to
[Email Removed] and [Email Removed]

It still however shows that I owe you guys money. Please fix it immediately
