A friend had his credit card and debit card swallowed at a std atm .after promises of a refund this was subsequently declined .ref for on complaint 37265510 mr g h m khan client.question is who owns da atm machine n who is responsible for safety? now a poor man has to starve cos his bank will not refund him.
